Once plans are underway—or if you already have them—we’ll arrange a meeting to discuss your proposed development.

We’ll then meet with you on site to review building requirements, discuss your budget, and explore construction options. During the site inspection, we’ll walk you through any details you’re unsure about, helping us provide an accurate cost estimate and identify any potential risks early on.

With the plans received or in motion and agreed upon, we’ll prepare a detailed tender submission that outlines all aspects of your build — from materials and finishes to allowances and inclusions. This stage is about clarity and collaboration, giving you a complete picture of what’s involved and how costs are structured. We’ll review the tender together, discuss any adjustments, and refine it as many times as needed until you’re confident it reflects your vision and budget. Before any contracts are signed, our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and certain that everything has been carefully considered.

Once you’ve accepted the quote, we’re ready to bring your project to life.

We’ll coordinate a clear timeline that guides you from the start of your building journey through to the day we hand over the keys. During this time, you’ll receive regular progress updates and be invited to scheduled site walkthroughs, keeping you connected to each stage of the build.

Our goal is to keep communication open and the process collaborative, from the first day on site through to final handover.

As your home nears completion, we’ll do a final walkthrough to check every detail and answer any questions. Once you’re happy, we’ll provide a handover pack with warranties, certificates, and contractor contacts — giving you complete peace of mind.
